1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FreqBot Cloud ("the Service"), operated by FreqBot Cloud ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FreqBot Cloud is a web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides:

  • A visual, no-code strategy builder for creating algorithmic crypto trading strategies
  • Automated generation of Freqtrade-compatible Python strategy files
  • Cloud-hosted Docker containers for running Freqtrade trading bots
  • Dashboard analytics, backtesting, and performance reporting tools

3. Beta Disclaimer

FreqBot Cloud is currently in Private Beta. The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" during this phase. Features, pricing, availability, and performance are subject to change without notice. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data persistence, or feature stability during the beta period.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using FreqBot Cloud, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
  • Use only API keys with trading-only permissions (no withdrawal access)

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or other users' access
  • Use the Service to engage in market manipulation or any form of financial fraud
  • Share, resell, or sublicense your access to the Service
  • Attempt to access other users' data, containers, or resources

7. Financial Disclaimer

NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE

FreqBot Cloud is a technology platform, not a financial advisor, broker, or investment service. Nothing provided through the Service constitutes:

  • Financial advice or investment recommendations
  • Guarantees of profit or protection from losses
  • Endorsement of any particular trading strategy or exchange

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting profits or losses. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before engaging in cryptocurrency trading.

8. Exchange API Keys

When you connect your exchange accounts to FreqBot Cloud:

  • You maintain full ownership and control of your exchange accounts
  • We strongly recommend using API keys with trading-only permissions (no withdrawal access)
  • API keys are encrypted using AES-256 encryption at rest
  • We are not liable for any losses resulting from compromised API keys that you provided
  • You may revoke API key access at any time through your exchange settings

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the user interface, design, code, algorithms, and documentation — are owned by FreqBot Cloud and protected by intellectual property laws. Strategies you create using the Service remain your intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREQBOT CLOUD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages resulting from use of the Service
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
  • Actions of third-party exchanges, blockchain networks, or service providers
  • Any damages exceeding the total fees paid by you to FreqBot Cloud in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreqBot Cloud, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your trading activities.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data, containers, and configurations after a reasonable period following termination.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
